We have all the parts you need to convert the 9k axles of your Texas Pride car hauler to electric over hydraulic but it's not the kit you mentioned. What you'd need is:
Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR958QD11
HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit part # HS381-9067
Hydraulic Brake Line Kit part # HS496-253
This will give you the correct hub/drums, the same Hydrastar actuator that is widely considered to be the best, and all of the needed brake lines.
