Will this replace the faucet I have in my Winnebago micro mini: it looks similar

The LaSalle Bristol Utopia RV Bathroom Faucet part # 34420373P21 fits a pretty standard mounting pattern. That said, if you want to confirm it will fit your exact sink just measure the mounting holes. They should be around a 13/16" diameter with 4" spacing. The bathroom faucets are pretty standardized thankfully so fit isn't too much of an issue with a bit of knowledge and measuring.
