Replacement Axles for Boat Trailer With Tandem 3500 lb Axles

Question:

Need a pair of replacement axles for my tandem axle boat trailer. Rear axle has disk brakes. The replacement axles must be EZLube or equivelent Axles are Shorelandr 6615503. 3500 lb OAL = 98, Hub Face= 92, Spring Center 78.5, brake flange 87 2x4 Square Spindle is 1-3/8 X 1-1/16 Thanks

Although we can get pretty close to the dimensions you mentioned, we don't offer an axle that matches the hub face distance exactly.

The closest match would be # 7359765 which has a 95 inch hub face to hub face distance. Going with this axle would extend each wheel an inch and a half further out away from the trailer frame which could work for you. The spring seats are at 80 inches on center, but you could grind them off and tack replacement spring seats like # TRSS238 in at the correct 78-1/2 inch centers. The axle has EZ Lube spindles and provides brake mounting flanges.

Ideally, you'd want to replace your axles with an exact match, your only other alternative would be to order a custom axle locally as we don't ship custom axles.
