Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e98846 fits all models of the 2019 Nissan Rogue including the special edition. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your frame with included hardware. It installs in preexisting holes and does not require any drilling or welding. I have linked an installation video and attached a picture below so you can follow along with the process and see the final product.

If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118480.

For a ball mount you'd need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
