Question:
Will be using Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 1000Z for 2 bikes behind a Fiat 500 Pop. The car taillights will be partially blocked and I am considering the Curt Auxiliary LED lights as a solution. Would these be a good choice? I do not have a 4 way plug and would either need to add a 4 way or splice directly into existing wiring. Can you advise?

Typically, carrying a bike on the rear of a vehicle won't block the taillights to the point where its a problem, but if it's a condition you're concerned about the Curt # C53201 LED Indicator Lights you'd looked at would be a perfect choice.
You'll need to install a trailer wiring harness in order for the lights to work correctly,. I'd recommend the # 118546 harness from Tekonsha. The harness plugs inline between the vehicle's taillight wiring harnesses and the taillight assemblies. One wire will need to be ran to the positive battery terminal.
If you don't already have a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt # C11363 Class I hitch which fits all Fiat 500 models except for the Abarth.
