The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E is designed for the standard ride height on a 2022 Ford F-150. Since your Tremor has a lift from the factory you will need the Spacer Kit # T68MR to get the desired 1/2" to 1-1/2" gap between the jounce spring and the axle pad.
