Question:
I need the bottom half of my converter for a 2003 keystone Montana part is a 7300 series 7355 55amp bottom section only I think What do I need?

From the photos you attached, the bottom half replacement you need for your converter model 7355 is the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers - 55 Amp # PD4655V. This will solve all of the sparking/melting issues you are having with the unit.
