Best Replacement for iRV33 Stereo

Question:

I am sorry if this was asked/answered before, but I want to be sure! Will this fit into the space of a non-working irv 33 in a 2015 Forest River Rockwood mini lite and will the wiring fit onto this unit? Thank you! Is this the IRV34?

I have a few options to replace the iRV33 Stereo. The iRV RV Stereo part # 292-101079 you mentioned would require you to enlarge the cutout as well as hardwire the wiring harness which is pretty common for stereo installations. If you are looking for a plug-in-play replacement you'd have to go with the iRV RV Stereo part # IRV64FR which would fit in the cutout but you'd likely have extra space since the unit you have now is much taller.

Please note, different brands won't be plug-in-play.
