The Replacement Step Pad for Westin Fey Surestep Bumpers # 00000975 is designed to replace the step pad on the Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper # 66001 or the Westin Fey Surestep Rear Bumper # 76001.
If you have either of these Westin rear bumpers for your 1999 Chevrolet S-10, then this will work great for you.
If you don't have either of these bumpers, let me know what you have and we can see if we have a replacement for you.
