Timbren Axeless Suspension and Other Parts Needed to Build Lightweight Trailer

I need information and assistance picking out the correct timbren solution for my trailer build. I am looking at the 2000lb units but need electric brakes that match them. Can you please assist me in identifying those. Furthermore I need to know what the total installed weight of the units will be to assist in weight management of my design. Thank you.

Thanks for the detailed information! I will be happy to help you set up your trailer and give you accurate weights. We have an in house system that gives us specific product weights.

The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Drop Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 2,000 lbs item # ASR2KHDS09 have a weight of 98 lbs.

The Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K

The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K item # 23-468-469 weigh 20.83 lbs.

To wire up your trailer's brakes and lights you will need Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector item # HS381-9000, which weighs 4 lbs . You will need Deka Jacketed 2 Wire (Brake Wire) - 12 Gauge - per Foot item # 12-2-1. This weighs 0.069 lbs per foot.

For a complete trailer lighting kit you will want the LED Trailer Light Kit for Trailers Over 80" Wide - Submersible - Driver and Passenger item # TL16RK.

The Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Black item # LH34FR you were looking at weigh 14.87 lbs apiece. The Single Axle Jeep Style Trailer Fender - Diamond Plate Aluminum - 13" to 15" - Qty 1 item # HP96VR weigh 4.178 lbs apiece.

For your trailer jack I recommend going with the DUTTON-LAINSON item # DL84MR.

The lightest trailer stabilizers we are going to have is the Valterra Folding Manual Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs - 14" to 28" Tall - Aluminum item # 020106. These weigh 6.031 lbs.
