Question:
Do you offer a direct replacement for 12k weld in tandem jacks . All parts included? the entire jack system will needs to be replaced.

We have the Buyers Products Heavy-Duty 4" Square Jack w/Front Pin Drop Leg # 3370091415H that matches the design of the jacks on your gooseneck trailer. We will only have the jack assemblies and will not have the crossover tube or handle extension. If those parts are also needed they will need to be fabricated from steel tubing you can get at your local steel supplier.
