The Square Direct Weld Jack # TJDDP-20000SP-F will need to be welded on to the trailer frame by an experienced welder. So if you're using this to replace an old jack then you'll need to cut off the old jack and have this installed by welding.

What's a estimated of cost to removing a 2-1/2” square 6000 lbs and replace a 4-3/8” square 12,000lbs trailer jack from a experience welder?

@Joe hard to say exactly but I would expect 1 to 3 hours for a straightforward swap. 4 to 6 hours if a new mounting sleeve or reinforcement plates are needed. Total cost would depend on that and the shops hourly labor rates which could be anywhere from like $200-$500 per hour

Hey Ulisses, the hose length of the Stillwell Atlas IV 10K Hydraulic Trailer Jack w/ Connection Kit for Dump Trailers #ST84VR is 60 inches. That's 1 foot shorter than what you said you need.

Unfortunately Dylan, RAM does not offer a replacement foot lever for the Square Direct Weld Jack #TJDDP-20000SP-F. Depending on what exactly broke you may be able to have it rebuilt by a welding shop.
