You will need to start with base plates, I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, # BLU77XR. This option fits all trim packages of the 2021 Ford Ranger and mates to the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar, # BX7420 that you are interested in. It also comes with the needed safety cables.

You will also need a lighting solution to tie your Ford Ranger's indicator lights to those of your 2021 Odyssey Motor Home when towing. For this I suggest the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit, # RM-152-98146-7. Please note the linked installation video for this item below.

You will need to have a supplemental braking system as required by law. For your setup I prefer the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor, # DM86VR. The DUO activates when your RV brake lights go on and the inertia sensor detects deceleration. There is also a wireless braking monitor included and it is a one-time setup. There is no need to remove or to activate each time you tow as the operating unit and actuating cylinder stay hidden and the system automatically functions when towed vehicle is hitched to RV.

You may or may not need a high/low adapter. I have attached a help article that I hope you find to be of value, it explains the how to take the needed measurements to discover and what size you may need. The objective is to have your tow bar set at +/- 3" of level once installed so as to minimize any excessive wear on the front tires and steering components of the vehicle being towed.
