When it comes to an adjustable ball mount for your 2021 Ram 3500 with a 3 inch hitch The B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - 3 inch Hitch - 4-1/2 inch Drop, 4 inch Rise - 21K - Black # BWTS30048B will work. The gross towing weight for the ball mount is as follows:

When used with the 1-7/8 inch ball - 3,500 pounds
When used with the 2 inch ball - 7,500 pounds
When used with the 2-5/16 inch ball - 21,000 pounds

The # BWTS30048B has a maximum drop of 4-1/2 inches and has a maximum rise of 4 inches. The 3 balls have a chrome plating which provides excellent rust resistance, and the shank has a black powder coat.
