Replacement Lid Support For A Yakima Skybox 16 Carbonite

Question:

Hello, I have this roof box listed above that has lost its ability to stay open and likely needs new struts. It appears that you have several options for replacements but I want to be sure to order the correct items. These remove from the box by two screws on each hinge point top and bottom for both front and rear struts. This model opens from either side. Attached is a photo of the rear strut. Thanks again

The correct lid supports you need for your Yakima SkyBox 16 Carbonite, is the Replacement Lid Support for Yakima Cargo Boxes # 8880683.

This will replace the front and rear struts on your Yakima SkyBox 16 Carbonite.
