I recommend verifying if the fan is getting 12v to the motor when the button is pushed. You can use # PT29ZR to verify if you're receiving 12 volts.
If you're not receiving 12v, then you likely have a bad motor, which you can replace it with # MA10-20270.
If you're receiving 12v to your motor, I suggest next checking your operator mechanism. You'll need to head to the roof, open the cover manually, and visually inspect for damage.
If it's broken, you can use the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents # MA10-20281K-1AF.
