Does Reese Hitch Extender part # RP45292 Require Support Chains

Question:
Do I have to use lateral support safety chains on part# 45292 If I use the 24 in. length with a weight distribution hitch. It would be hanging out 24 in. plus the length of the hitch. Thanks

Unlike other hitch extenders you do not need to use any type of support chain with the Reese Titan Hitch Extender part # RP45292. This is true for the 24 inch length or the 34 inch length.
