My 97 4runner has a 2inch body lift. Im trying to find a reciever hitch that will mount 2inch higher so there is no gap between bumper. Do yall have a solution? Thanks

All of the custom fit hitches, like the The Curt item # C13087 you were looking at, for a 1997 Toyota 4Runner mount below the frame. There is no way to mount the receiver above the frame on your Toyota to close off the gap caused by your two inch body lift.
You could use a universal hitch that bolts directly to your bumper but you will have to drill through your bumper and it will have a lessor capacity than a custom hitch. It is the Curt 2" Trailer Hitch - Bumper Mount item # E-3S.
