I was reading and someone posted that the factory Door Steps are in the way of the extension of the bars, is this true? If so do you sell one that works with the side steps?

I have not heard of this being an issue, what likely happened is they might've bought the wrong tie downs.
However, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLD2142 for the front, and # TLD3112 would work just fine if you have a factory running board on your 2020 Ram 3500.
