Will the Ductless Furrion Range Hood Work As Good As a Ducted One

Question:

Im getting a new RV and just found out that no hood is installed from the manufacturer. Im hesitant between getting one installed or a ductless FHO23SACRVBL that I can easily install myself. Worried about efficiency of the FHO23SACRVBL.

The Furrion Range Hood part # FHO23SACRVBL which is a ductless unit won't be as efficient as a ducted unit but considering a ducted unit would require a much more involved install, it's worth going with the ductless unit if you don't already have the ducts run from a previous one. I can't really say I see many trailer owner's running the duct work for a ducted unit as the process is just too involved. The ductless units still work well with the integrated filters as they absorb a lot of the fumes from cooking.
