I spoke with Furrion about the Furrion Range Hood part # FHO23SACRVSS and they informed me that they use Lippert Exterior Wall Vents which we do not offer. That said, it does not matter what brand exterior wall vent you use as they are all pretty much universal. I would be happy to help you find a 12" deep range hood. I am not sure whether you want a 20" wide or 22" wide hood so I found both. These range hoods are efficient, and the single-speed fan pulls air through the filter and vents it out. The aluminum mesh grease filter is removable for easy cleaning. If this is in reference to the Greystone Range Hood part # 324-000087, it sounds like you may have the wires for the motor reversed or some other wiring issue which is then causing the fan to push air out of the screen rather than pull air through. I have attached for you the wiring diagram of the unit which you will need to review to be sure yours is installed correctly. If the fan blade was installed backwards that could also be causing this issue but I am not sure if that is possible.

The Greystone Range Hood - 20" - Stainless Steel # 324-000086 does not have a reverse on the fan. The manufacturer may have attached the wires to the motor backwards which would cause that issue. Swapping the wires to the motor will change the direction the motor spins, and change the fan blade rotation, so that is my recommendation to fix your issue. view full answer...

Ventline S0721 Series RV Range Hood # S0721-24BD-F-1 measures 24-inches wide and it requires a cabinet depth of 12-inches (meaning 6-inches of the hood's 18-inch total depth extends forward of the cabinet surface). If your cabinets are 18-inches deep this means that the entire depth of the hood will be under the cabinet when installed. This should not pose any issues.

The RV range hoods that I have played with had the guts easily accessible by completely removing the hood from where they were mounted.
The fan blade should just pull off. The shaft that it attaches to on the motor will probably have a D shape (but not always). If it does then there is only one way it can go back on.

Many times vent filters will have some indication of which way the air flow goes through it so look on the filter for some indication of that. It could be an arrow or possibly even the words TOP or FRONT. I don't know that the filter in the vent actually has this.
