While there is a Comfort Ride shock absorber kit that does fit your 2021 Grand Design Imagine XLS 21BHE, there is not a leaf spring suspension kit, as those are only fits for axles larger than the 3,500 lb tandem axles on your travel trailer. You will still get a much improved ride with the shock absorbers, with the correct fit for your trailer being the following:

The Comfort Ride # RM-2450 will absorb the up-and-down movement of your Grand Design to give you a smoother ride, but that isn't their only benefit. Due to these shocks having the ability to mount nearly vertical and slightly outward, they'll compress in a way that helps stabilize the trailer and limit sway.

Most trailer shock absorbers are straight (instead of outward) and at a larger, more diagonal angle, which means they won't absorb as much road shock as the Comfort Ride. So even without the added leaf spring suspension, these shocks are going to ensure your trailer is easier to handle and more comfortable to tow.
