Mobile home axles are meant for a one-time use, so getting replacement parts for them is typically difficult to impossible, but assuming you already have hubs compatible with the existing spindles, we have the parts you'll need.

A three inch axle would typically have a 6-7K capacity and use a # 4-44-1 brake mounting flange. The compatible brake assemblies would be part # 23-105-106 which are compatible with a 12 x 2 brake hub/drum.

It's recommended that you use a welder who has experience with trailer axle fabrication to install the brake mounting flange, as the placement needs to be absolutely perfect.
