Hello do you sale spring leafs that are 28" Long?

The two closest leaf spring options we have for you are 29-1/2" and 27"long. That said, leaf springs need to be measured unloaded and the exact point will vary by spring type. I would also like to note that leaf springs stretch over time. The 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles part # SP-210275 for example measures 27" long. If you can give me the type of spring you need along with capacity, I would be glad to see if I can offer a more exact recommendation but I have also attached our entire selection below.
