Hey Kevin, welcome back. The CE Smith boat trailer item # CE48810 has a 1.98" inner hub diameter. You'll want the etrailer Bearing Protectors w/ Covers for 1.98" Hub Bore item # e99005.
The etrailer item # e99005 are sold as a pair, will replace your current grease caps, and work in a similar way to prevent dirt and water from getting to the bearings. The best part about them is they have a zerk fitting that will make adding grease and routine maintenance a lot easier.
