Question:
How is the system maintained and stored when not in use. Clear source ultra water filter system with virus protection
asked by: Richard T
Expert Reply:
For storage of RV with a water filter system such as the Clearsource Ultra RV Water Filter System, # CS87FR, you should consider removing the filters from the canisters and blowing out the system with pressurized air using the Valterra RV Blow Out Plug, # P23518LFVP. Do not exceed 30 psi. Allow the filter to dry out and store in a cool dry location. You can do this many times during the camping season but I recommend you not re-use after a long off-season of winter storage.
