Hi, I’m an occasional Customer. I had some questions about how to best outfit my work trailer with the battery set up for operating interior lights. Thank you,

Expert Reply:
To protect the battery and prevent theft you'd want to use a battery box like the Torklift part # TLA7720R which you can mount on the a-frame or in the trailer. Then from there you'd want to run the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way to the positive post with 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1 and run your lights directly from the battery terminals. We also have a version of this box with a solar panel with part # TLA7720RS.
