Drilling is required to install the Westin Custom Fit Tailgate Mat # W75ZV. That being said this item is not confirmed to fit your 2020 Ram 2500. For one that is I recommend the DeeZee Universal Truck Tailgate Mat # DZ86700, which will also require some drilling.
