I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately there are no custom-fit bolt-on trailer hitch options for your 2002 Ford E-450 bus. What you need is a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16.

This is hitch has a weld-on installation and the brackets can be modified as needed to fit. This is a Class V hitch with a 2" receiver. It fits vehicle frames up to 44" wide and has a maximum gross trailer weight of 16,000 lbs. It also features a limited lifetime warranty.
