I have a 05 GMC C5500 Topkick snap on truck Would this hitch work on here with a Tommy lift Thank you

The # TLF1003-30 hitch you're asking about is designed for a 1999-2016 Ford F350, F450 or F550 chassis/cab and wouldn't fit your Topkick.

For your truck, you'd need a multi fit hitch for heavy duty trucks as none of our vendors offer a custom made fit. In order to choose the correct one, you'll need to know the needed drop, height difference between the rear bumper and the underside of the Tommy Lift. If these heights are even, use the # 3371801050 from Buyer's Products. For a 3 inch drop, use # 15901, for a 7 inch drop, use # 41990-07 or # 41990-16 for a 16 inch drop.
