I have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit your 1990 Ford Conquest 24' Class C Camper. The Draw-Tite # 75703 is designed to fit the passenger van versions of your 1990 Ford Van, but the frame is different for the Cab and Chassis models used for the campers.

Instead you may be able to install a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41990-07 with 7" tall mounting brackets or the # 41990-16 with 16" tall mounting brackets. Both of these hitches fit frames that are up to 44" wide and will need to be welded to the frame of your camper.

They both have a 1600lb tongue weight rating and 16000lb trailer weight rating, but your camper may not. You will need to check the owner's manual for your camper to find its towing capacity and use the lower rating between the hitch and vehicle.
