Wire Gauge Size Needed For The SmartPlug RV Power Inlet And Connector

Question:
I see it says you can just cut your old plug off and install a new female smart plug that comes with the kit. On the back is a water proof strain relief. I’m wondering what size of cable this strain relief can accommodate? Also what size wire the plug terminals can accommodate?

The connector for the SmartPlug RV Power Inlet and Connector # SM87FR is designed to work with three 10AWG wires along with their casing. The port is designed for 10AWG wire as well but can handle 8AWG.
