Is this my only option for a trailer hitch BWRVK3400 or is there other options

Since your truck has a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch installed in it already all you need to tow a fifth wheel hitch is the slider Companion part # BWRVK3400 which installs directly into your gooseneck hitch ball hole and gives you the nicest fifth wheel hitch solution out there.

As far as direct fit options yes the # BWRVK3400 is only option you have. But you could use the Curt X5 adapter # 16310 and you'd be able to install basically any fifth wheel hitch as this converts the gooseneck hitch to a set of standard fifth wheel rails.
