Would like to use these brake drums on a #84 EZ lube spindle. What dust cover is needed that will clear the grease fitting? Thanks

The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 84546UC3 is for standard spindles, the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 84546UC3-EZ is for E-Z Lube. They have the E-Z Lube Grease Caps part # RG04-040 you need.
