The Disc Brake Caliper for Dexter 10K & 12K Hydraulic Disc Brakes part # BP18-045 does not come with any hardware, it mounts to the caliper mounting bracket using the Replacement Caliper Retaining Shoulder Bolt part # BP18-105. The bolt threads into the caliper, there are no nuts.
