When you go to a smaller tire the only thing you need to worry about is the capacity and the wheel size (width). In this case both 175/80-13 and 185/80-13 tires fit the same size wheels so that will not be a problem. I recommend going with a load range D tire in 175/80-13 like # AM10210. It is rated for 1,610 psi at 65 psi. I have included a couple of links to tire FAQ articles for you. Be sure to replace both tires at the same time.
