Question:

I am looking for a shackle kit. Dimensions: 3 center to center hole on shackle straps. Need the equalizer also. Equalizer is triangle 4" shackle bolt to mounting bolt. This goes to 1 3/4 wide springs.

We do have all the components you will need just not as a single kit. The nearest shackle strap to your 3" will be our 3-1/8" Strap # TRSL313. I have listed the parts you will need below with the correct quantity for all the suspension on your tandem axle trailer.

Equalizer Bolt # 7-182-6-112 QTY 2

If your Nylon Bushings # TRBU11566 in your springs are worn or damaged those can be replaced when you install the new bolts. You will need 8 for all 4 leaf springs as the Equalizer comes with new bushings.
