Go Power RV Battery Monitor Kit Screen Back Light Not Working

Question:
I just received my new battery monitor from etrailer. Very easy to hookup but after a couples days in service the backlight went out and I have not been able to have it come on. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your Go Power RV Battery Monitor Kit with 25' Cable # GP44FR, but I believe I know the issue.
If your battery current is low, # GP44FR will turn off and enter a low power mode. Usually, you'll be able to press any button and it will wake the screen back up for 10 seconds.
Since you mentioned the screen isn't waking back up, I advise you check the connection, then charge or discharge the battery and check whether the display current is equal to the actual current.
If the deviation is large, please check the connection again.
