I just purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and I need to put a trailer hitch on it. I want to know if part #75338 will fit my vehicle.

The Draw-Tite # 75338 is a fit for the 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, so it won't fit your 2022 Grand Cherokee L.
I'd recommend the Curt # C97JR Class III hitch which is a confirmed fit.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C59236, a ball mount like # 2753 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
