For your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD towing a 5th wheel you will more likely want a selective rear suspension enhancement like the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnect # TLA7310S or Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs # AL89338. As I doubt you will always have your 5th wheel trailer connected to your Silverado.
Systems like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRTT35D and Helwig often create a harsher ride when the truck is unloaded and make them less desirable to have. This is due to the increased stability of the suspensions and them not being adjustable. Of the 2 the Timbren would be the best as it will have a air gap between the frame and axle when not loaded allowing for a slight deflection.
The TorkLift StableLoad # TLA7310S allows you to easily preload your overload springs before your attach your 5th wheel or haul any other additional weight.
The Air Lift LoadLifter Air Springs # AL88338 will give you the most adjustable ride quality. You will be able to adjust the air pressure from 5-100psi to dial in your ride height and quality when towing or hauling any size load. An on board compressor like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ is great as it allows you to adjust the air pressure from your smart phone via the Air Lift app. It also has a smart manifold that will monitor and maintain the air pressure in each bag to within 3psi of your settings.
