Question:
I have a tear trailer already set up with the receiver for a 2” ball hitch. Given this setup, for the Lock n Roll, how would one attach the coupler to the trailer? Would you need to remove the receiver and weld on the lock n roll coupler?

In order to get this setup, you want to start with the Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch for 2" Receivers # 336VS501. This will fit the 2" receiver on the hitch on your vehicle.
For the trailer side, you will need to remove the current coupler and choose the correct Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler based on the tongue of your trailer. We have the following options available:
Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS528
Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2-1/2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS506
Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 3" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS508
Once you choose the correct coupler based on channel size, the installation process is up to you. You have the option to either bolt or weld the coupler onto your trailer tongue.
I have attached some review videos for your reference.
