I have. 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the factory steel bumper. Will this base plate still fit my Jeep? It mentions the plastic bumper but not the steel bumper.

The etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit, # e98948 is for 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited model equipped with a factory plastic bumper. For your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the factory steel bumper, you will want the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit, # DM9519339.
For a tow bar, I recommend the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch # e34ZR. This fits both Demco and etrailer branded base plates and comes with the needed safety cables.
For supplemental braking, I suggest the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System, # SM99251.
