You will simply need two Kodiak Disc Brake Kits # K2HR526DKG, two Bearing Kits # DBRKHW6EZ, a HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator For Disc Brakes # HBA16, and a HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # HS496-252
