According to my technical contact at Air Lift, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57398 that you referenced will fit your 2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty, as long as it is a 4WD model. If you have a 2WD, then you will need the Air Lift # AL88397.
Both of these kits are supposed to work with an under-bed gooseneck hitch. After looking at the instructions, everything is very likely compatible because they install on opposite sides of the frame, however, the catch is if they will share an installation bolt. You will need to go over the installation instructions thoroughly to compare what you have already installed with the new Air Lift system.
