What brake controller do you recommend for a 2022 chevrolet colorado with the factory tow package. I'm looking for the cleanest install as i do not like a lot of clutter inside

For your 2022 Chevrolet Colorado, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. This is by far the cleanest brake controller you can buy, as when it's installed, only has a control knob exposed, which will minimize clutter.
There is no custom vehicle harness adapter for your truck because there are no plugs present under the dash, however since you have the factory tow package, all the wires will already be run, meaning you will just have to splice into the factory wiring.
If you do not have a 7-way at the rear of your vehicle, you're going to need to install one to complete installation. You can do this with # ETBC7, which will utilize your existing 4-pole connection to provide a 7-way.
