Question:
Which hub ad drum assembly would I use to replace my current 5x4 1/2 setup. Which has 09067 outer and 15123 inner bearings. Or is there a direct electric brake replacement?

Unfortunately we do not have any hubs that use those bearing numbers. Your options would be to remove your old spindle and install a new spindle such as # TRU24FR with compatible hub and drum such as # 84546UC3. You could also replace your entire axle with one such as # 35545E-ST-89, which is rated for 3,500 lbs and has electric brakes. In order to determine the correct axle you would need to measure from hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center like in the accompanying photo. The # 35545E-ST-89 that I referenced measures 89" hub face to hub face and 74" spring center to spring center.
I've added links to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at.
