Where Do the Replacement O-Ring for Dexter Axle 10K and 12K Disc Brakes Install

Question:
How or where do they go on ? Bolt head ? Never have seen any on brakes I have taken apart. I know the pads have rings inside holes. THANKS.

The Replacement O-Ring for Dexter Axle 10K and 12K Disc Brakes part # 010-062-00 install on the brake caliper guide bolts between the brake pads as shown in the photo below.
