Troubleshooting Tire Wear on a Trailer with Dual Wheels Tandem Axle

Question:
hi I have a karakar horse float dual axle and on the drivers side dual inside is wearing pretty bad wondering if you would have some were to start looking pointers. axle does not appear to be bent by looking at it but I also dont really know what I am looking at.

The first place I would look is at the suspension components of your trailer. Worn out suspension can cause tires to wear strange. You could jack up your trailer (use jackstands) and get underneath your trailer and see if you can find any movement in your suspension components.
You can also consider how the horses are loaded in your trailer, you may need to rearrange them (if possible) so that the weight of them is distributed evenly.
Otherwise just go over the suspension components looking for any obvious signs of wear and replace as needed.
