How do I stop the hitch pin lock of the Kuat NV base 2.0 from making noise?

Since the Hitch Lock # HL2 does not fit snuggly inside the 2" receiver when using your Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack # BA22B, I recommend pushing the rack in tightly to your receiver before you tighten down on the anti-rattle knob. This will remove the excess play that is caused by the 1/2" hitch lock securing the bike rack in a 5/8" opening.
