Hi - I have a 2017 F20 XLT, 6 3/4 bed. Which Andersen 5th Wheel Hitch will work with my truck? Thanks!

The biggest differences between the 2 Anderson 5th wheel hitches is that the Andersen Ultimate Connection # AM3200 we carry has a steel construction and connects to your truck using the standard 5th wheel base rails. The 3220 Anderson Ultimate Connection has an aluminum construction and connects to your truck by securing to a gooseneck hitch ball.

We don't carry the aluminum option because from what we have found it doesn't seem to hold up under heavier 5th wheel trailers, but I do know that a lot of people have used it and love it because of how lightweight it is.

I recommend going with the steel # AM3200 since we have found it to hold up better to the weight of heavier 5th wheels so to use thing with your 2017 Ford F-250 you need a base rail kit like the B&W # BWRVK2402.

If you don't already have a 7-Way socket in the bed of your truck I recommend installing the Hopkins Endurance # 41157 so it's easier to connect the wiring from your 5th wheel.
